Well appointed and lovely welcoming place, very informative staff with excellent service and hospitable. Magnificent location, calm area, really close to the nice Yerba Buena gardens, '' and the main attractions of San Francisco. Plus, walking distance to a public park.

Our room was nicely furnished, included a mini bar, a kettle, and a storage. The location was nice - ease of access to The Warfield Music Venue. We enjoyed it and would absolutely stay here again.

The weather was sunny, had very nice stay for a business trip. The rooms were fashionable and functional with 2 double beds.

nothing to complain about, the venue met expectation. it was a really really nice stay during the holidays. hotel's location was good and absolutely perfect, in downtown san francisco. the staff was very knowledgeable and respectful and everything was lovely.

There were a minibar, a kettle and a storage in my well furnished room. The location was perfect because it was short walk to " tenderloin, all the shopping, and the mini bars. I was surprised at nearby Les Gourmands, they had some goodies, drinks.

Breakfast with lack of courtesy shuttle arrive from and rate works, for example. Coffee, a storage, and armchairs in the room and the very comfy bed.

The Terrace Suite was amazing! The room was huge with two terraces and a separate dining room. The bay views were stunning, and the marble bathroom was so luxurious. It felt like a dreamy escape.

The Moscone Room with the attached outdoor tented area wasn't my favorite.

The rooms were decent sized and had an amazing view of the bay. The breakfast was reasonably priced, the check in was early. Moreover, it had private parking onsite. Central location was a plus. There was a lobby restaurant nearby.

The venue was set in the central position very close to "tenderloin, fifth, and downtown, the Westfield mall, and Powell street.

It is a wonderful property located in Downtown San Francisco district near union square, a restaurant and a store for water and snacks or a restaurant for food. The room is spotless with the best view.

Recently renovated and good sized unit with views all around. Comfortable and peaceful location, to all major sights. Also - close enough to the nearby Moscone center and including BART at Powell Street Station.
